透镜式密封圈是一种常见的金属密封形式,然而在其设计方面美洲和欧洲标准存在较大差异。在进行水下密封研究的过程中发现,大于6吋规格的透镜垫产品几乎不存在。在研究金属密封原理的基础上,结合德国标准给出的设计方法,设计出了一种18吋的大直径透镜式金属密封圈。通过有限元方法对其密封性能进行分析,结果验证了该透镜式密封圈的设计合理,且能安全使用。最后,给出了两种实用的复合透镜式密封圈使用的形式,能够在满足工作内压的基础上兼顾水下环境的外压要求。关键词:金属密封;透镜密封圈;有限元分析;复合式密封圈。【Abstract】Metal lens-typed gasket is a frequently-used seal, but its design methods are different inASME and EN.There is no lens-typed gasket greater than 6" specifications when subsea seal is studied.Accordingto present design procedures in DIN2696 standard,the structure feature and parameters of a largediameter lens-typed metal gasket-18 are given on the basis of principle studied for metallic seal.The sealing property has been analyzed by means of finite element method, whose results illustrate that the design is reasonable and secure for common usage.Also,two kinds of multiple lens-typed gasket forms have been presented,which can seal the inner and outer pressure synchronously.
